    Each coin offered on our website comes with a complete guarantee of authenticity  and satisfaction. We want, in due time, to win you over and be a part of your coin collecting or precious metal investing life. We are far more concerned with having a long lasting relationship with our clients than with an individual sale.

                                 Returns :
     If you are not completely satisfied with the numismatic gold or silver coin you received, please send it back to us, fully insured, within 7 calendar days of receipt 
for a prompt and courteous refund. 
The coin must be received by us in the same, unaltered condition, you have received it. It is best to get all the information you need ahead of purchasing. Please do not hesitate to contact us to clarify a description or to be e-mailed a digital image or two.

                                         Please note:
   All coins offered on any internet auction sites are sold under different conditions. Some of this conditions are imposed by them, some because of our customers need for quick disposal of their holdings. If we have too many of the same type of gold and silver coins we may still assist them for a nominal fee.

   All checks or money orders must be made to: Bel-Ami Fine Arts
Due to the steep upsurge in identity theft and credit card fraud we accept only these types of payments :  bank check, personal check, money order and www.bidpay.com money order bank wire. Orders paid with money orders and bank wires are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt. 
Orders paid for, by personal checks are shipped 10 business days after receipt of the check. We bank with "Bank Of America". 
                         For added safety and to save on overhead :
                          All the inventory is kept in bank vaults.

  Gold and silver coins over $300 are shipped USPS, Registered Insured mail $9.95 ea. All coins after that are only $4 extra up to $19.95 - no matter how many you purchase. 
Other items are shipped First class insured or Priority insured. Depending on the   weight, is not going to be high. We want you back, remember ...
